We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Technician Apprentice to join our close knit, friendly team! You will receive on the job training and support whilst providing first line support for the information technology systems/hardware. You will be required to assist the Technical Services Manager with routine tasks such as setting up phones and laptops and managing support tickets for various issues.

This role is integral to providing first-class technical support to our clients, ensuring optimal performance of VoIP and IT services.
