About the Role

Are you looking for an Administration Apprenticeship which will allow you to get your foot in to our legal practice? No prior experience is required as full training will be delivered to the successful hire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy law firm and to gain experience in business administration.

As our newly appointed Administration Apprentice, your main responsibility will be to update and maintain information on our company database.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy law firm and to gain experience in business administration, based at our head office in Sheffield S9.

Duties will include:

  • Entering customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Assisting with post room duties
  • Scanning and printing documents where needed
You must hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs graded C/4 or above, including Maths and English.
  • Opportunities for you to progress and develop further

About the Training

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence
  • You will be expected to work towards the Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, with support from the employer and the Chesterfield College Group
  • As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment, you may be required to complete maths and English
    Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship
  • Upon successful completion you will be awarded additional
    certificates of recognition for these qualifications
