About the Role

As a Sustainability Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting AESSEAL’s sustainability initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on reducing the company’s environmental impact, improving energy efficiency, and contributing to a greener future.

Main responsibilities:

  • Carry out day to day departmental admin such as, but not limited to, completion of vendor questionnaires, compiling compliance certification and maintaining documentation.
  • Help collate information and publish management reports on MoPs (Measures of Performance) for the Business.
  • Promotion and adaptation of the continuous improvement approach.
  • Assist colleagues with incident investigations, audits and reports.
  • Assist with the monitoring and analysis of the relevant data associated with net zero and carbon accounting.
  • Assist in administration of waste management paperwork.
  • Assist in administration of producer responsibility calculations for packaging

About the Training

Delivery to be completed on-site and 20% off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Apprentice Level 4.
