About the Role
The successful applicant will be trained to provide efficient and quality administration services. Duties include; general office duties, filing, dealing with incoming/outgoing post. Processing purchase orders and invoices, answering and making telephone calls. To assist in any matter beneficial to the company.
Duties will include:
- Inputting data
- Processing invoices
- Contacting customers
- Answering/Making telephone calls
- There will be a need to send e-mails, and do some general typing
- To assist in any matter beneficial to the company
- Possible progression to higher responsibilities & full-time employment
About the Training
- You will work for 4 days each week at the company address gaining knowledge & skills
- You will attend college for 1 day each week for classroom based training

CRS (Cosmetic Repair Solutions) Ltd, is a family run, independent crash repair facility with repair centres in Chesterfield, Rotherham, Dinnington (Sheffield), Barnsley and Derby.
Established in 2002 the company has grown to meet all aspects of repairs from minor refurbishment to full crash repairs for a wide range of vehicles.
