About the Role
We are looking for an Administrator Assistant Apprentice to join our team, The office administrator general duties would include filing, incoming calls, post, direct mail & email marketing.
General day-to-day office duties including:
- Filing
- Incoming call answering
- Post
- Direct mail & email marketing
- Logistics - includes obtaining shipping quotes from a variety of shippers and couriers and arranging international & domestic shipments
- Learning to use Intuit QuickBooks accountancy package in order to create sales invoices and entering supplier’s bills
- Arranging and monitoring product samples to be sent to customers
- Processing credit card payments
- Ordering office stationery items
- Acting as sales support for the sales team which includes talking to customers and taking messages for the sales team
Full-time permanent role as office administrator and great opportunities to progress to other departments with a clear career path for promotion & learning.
About the Training
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
