About the Role
<p>Enable Futures, a multi-award-winning Apprenticeship Employer, are partnering with GRK Civils, a family-run company who specialise in Groundworks and Civil Engineering, to employ an Apprentice Site Engineer. This role would be particularly ideal for a Groundworker looking to make the step up into Site Engineering.</p>
- Setting out, levelling and surveying a construction site
- Working with site plans, drawings and building information models
- Mapping structural boundaries on the ground using pegs and markers
- Liaising with designers and engineers to ensure plans and drawings are accurate
- Overseeing quality control
- Monitoring health and safety
- Keeping a site diary
- Resolving technical problems
- Full time role
About the Training
- The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Civil Engineering Technician Qualification which will take 24 months (plus End Point Assessment) and will be delivered by Leeds College of Building on a Day Release basis
