About the Role

Are you creative, organised, and eager to grow your career in marketing? We're looking for an apprentice to join our team and support a wide range of marketing and communication activities. This newly created role will play a key part in executing our marketing plan, helping the company achieve its ambitious growth goals!

This role will play a key part in executing our marketing plan, helping the company achieve its ambitious growth goals. You will be involved in creating content, creating social media and creating marketing literature.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll assist in delivering the marketing plan across online and offline channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Content: Creating engaging digital content (including videos) for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, the website and campaigns
  • Social media: Managing social media accounts, including posting, monitoring and engaging with followers
  • Online presence: Updating and managing product images and descriptions on our B2B portals and B2C Shopify site
  • Collateral: Developing and maintaining marketing materials, such as catalogues, presentations, product information sheets, print ads, and digital ads
  • Copywriting: Writing compelling copy for emails, newsletters, blogs and press releases
  • Brand: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging
While previous marketing experience is an advantage, it’s not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to learn. Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is a bonus, but we’re happy to provide training to help you succeed.

Potential for full-time employment on completion of the apprenticeship.

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence.

You will be expected to work towards the Content Creator Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
