About the Role

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a IT systems and Networking - Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include Provide 1st line support and manage IT issues

  • Installing and configure hardware/software
  • Monitoring servers
  • Support with password resets and permissions
  • Resolving technical issues effectively
  • Learn how to use the IT tools and techniques required to fulfil the main duties and responsibilities of IT professionals in the workplace
  • There is potential to be taken on Full Time once apprenticeship has been completed

  • Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification
  • Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell

Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.
