- Hands-On Learning: Gain expertise in SharePoint, Power BI, PowerShell, and PowerApps to develop IT solutions
- Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting, setting up, and maintaining IT and network equipment (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and networking hardware)
- Client-Site Support: Travel to client sites across Sheffield to install, upgrade, and maintain IT and network systems
- Automation & System Improvement: Help automate tasks and improve internal processes using PowerShell.
- Customer Service & Relationship Building: Work closely with clients, providing excellent service and support
- Onboarding & Training Support: Assist in onboarding new employees and provide basic IT training
