About the Role
<p>This apprenticeship involves working in a nursery while completing a Level 3 qualification. You will support children’s learning, assist with routines, and gain hands-on experience. It’s a great opportunity to earn, gain skills, and start a rewarding career in childcare.</p>
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based and planned activities.
- Help create a caring, stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel safe and valued.
- Assist with daily routines such as mealtimes, outdoor play and personal care (including nappy changing).
- Support children to develop confidence, independence and curiosity.
- Contribute to observations and planning to support each child’s individual development.
- Work as part of a passionate team dedicated to providing high-quality early years' education.
Passing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Progression to Level 5 Room Lead / Supervisor.
